We run funeral homes ourselves
Our parent, Memoria Holdings, operates funeral halls in Japan. Members of our team have worked as funeral directors, so requirements are validated against real operations.
Domain depth in a closed market
The Japanese funeral market has its own commercial customs, document formats and regulations. We know them, which shortens the path from requirement to working software.
We stay after go-live
Most funeral-system projects fail on adoption, not on features. We work alongside the customer until the new workflow actually holds.
